Train where it counts — in a real ER simulation lab.
Most CPR centers use a tabletop and a manikin head. We built an ER. From the monitors to the crash cart, every scenario looks and feels like the real thing.

Six stations. One realistic environment.
Our 2,400 sq ft training floor is divided into six purpose-built stations. You move through them the way you'd move through a real call — assessment, intervention, debrief.

Megacode-ready ER bay
Hospital bed, defibrillator, sim monitor, crash cart, and overhead exam light. Run a full code from arrival to ROSC.
High-fidelity manikin
Adult manikin with palpable pulses, breath sounds, lung compliance, and shockable rhythms.
IV & sim drug stations
Real IV start kits, labeled sim drugs, and pre-loaded code carts so you push the right dose at the right time.
Airway & intubation lab
BVM, supraglottic airways, ET tubes, video laryngoscope. Drill the algorithm, not just the slide deck.
Recorded scenario debrief
Every megacode is recorded. We sit down after and walk back through what happened — the way it's done in residency.
Tactical / TECC bay
Wound packing trainers and casualty-on-the-X scenarios for LE and military students.
