How fast do I get my eCard?

AHA eCards are issued the same day you complete your skills check. You'll receive an email from elearning.heart.org within hours — accepted by every U.S. hospital and licensing board.

What's the difference between blended and in-person classes?

Blended courses (HeartCode) split the lecture portion online so your in-person time is just the 2.5-hour skills check. In-person classes cover everything in one sitting — usually 4-8 hours depending on the cert.

Do you offer renewals?

Yes — BLS, ACLS, and PALS renewals are available every week. Bring your current AHA card (expired up to 30 days). Renewal classes are shorter and lower-cost than initial classes.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations more than 72 hours before class are refunded in full. Inside 72 hours we'll reschedule you to any class within 90 days at no charge.

Do you do on-site training for our hospital or unit?

Yes. We bring instructors, manikins, AEDs, and sim equipment to your facility anywhere in Florida. Volume pricing kicks in at 5+ students. Email info@wcfcpr.com for a quote.

Is your TCCC course DoD-compliant?

We're better than compliant — we're a DoD-Certified TCCC Training Team, the only one in the Tampa area approved to teach DoD personnel. We deliver the current Committee on TCCC curriculum, and our Combat Medic Course is approved for active-duty service members at MacDill AFB.

Do you accept GI Bill or VA funding?

We accept VA Tuition Assistance for eligible courses. Contact us with your DD-214 or VA letter and we'll walk you through approval.

Question 8

What should I wear and bring?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable, layered clothing — you'll be on the floor doing compressions. Bring a photo ID and a printed or digital copy of your registration. We provide everything else.
